Solicitation Description: The General Land Office (“GLO”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from highly qualified construction contractors to provide residential construction repair services for single-family dwellings. Performance of these services will assist the GLO and the State of Texas in fulfilling duties assigned by the Governor under Chapter 418 of the Texas Government Code relating to federally- or state-funded short-term housing recovery from Disasters in Texas. These services are detailed in Article II of this RFQ, Scope of Work.
